How Our Process Works
We conduct a detailed assessment of the contents of the liquidation and make you an offer on everything you want gone. It really is that simple. This process is broken into four easy steps: Consultation, Estimate, Clear Out, and Payment.
Our process saves you time, ensures that the entire space is cleared, and gets you cash asap. Unlike many other companies in this industry, we don't cherry-pick the best items or slowly sell your items over the course of a three or four-week period.
We pay you for your stuff and guarantee that your space will be cleared in as little as one day.
Step 1: Consultation
First, one of our team members visits the property and meets with you to discuss your specific needs and how we can assist you. We go over our process of assisting clients and how we can help you.
This consultation is completely free and there are absolutely no obligations.
Step 2:Estimate
While at the property, we conduct a detailed estimate of the value of your items and the work required to remove them. We consider which items can be sold, which are best to be donated, and what items need to be taken to the landfill. Once we have completed this process, we sit down with you and discuss our offer as well as the breakdown of how we got there. After you have accepted the offer, we schedule a clear-out date to remove the contents from the property.
Step 3: Clearout
On the date of the clear-out, our team shows up and begins the clear-out process. The duration of the clear-out will be discussed in our consultation and be included in the estimate.
Step 4: Payment
Once the clear-out has been completed and you are pleased with the result, we pay you for the liquidation.
